Can I track the transport with a tracking number?

It depends on which delivery method you've chosen.

Postal service point

Yes.

When we book your transport with a subcontractor, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can find the tracking link on My Pages - Transports.

Before the transport is booked with a subcontractor, you can see the status on My Pages. Read more about what the different statuses mean here.
Once the item has been shipped, you can track it directly with the carrier.

Home delivery

Yes.

When we book your transport with a subcontractor, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also find the tracking link under transports on My Pages.

Home delivery with carrying assistance

No.

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer tracking with a tracking number for these deliveries, since they are carried out by our own staff rather than an external carrier. We can only give you an approximate time estimate.
Instead, you can:

Check the status on My Pages. Read more about what the different statuses mean here.
Wait for our transport department to contact you with a suggested delivery time. The delivery is scheduled once the item has reached the one of our own logistics centers (in Sweden: Stockholm, Malmö, Gothenburg) closest to your address.
