- When the delivery is booked, an email is sent with a tracking number and information about the chosen subcontractor:

- The item is delivered to the nearest postal service point.
Things to keep in mind
- The person receiving the transport must be listed as the recipient in the transport booking. The address in the booking must be the recipient's home address, not the address of a service point or shipping company. The item must be able to be collected in person by the person listed in the recipient field.
- A mobile number registered in the country of delivery is needed for notifications.
- For delivery to islands, extra costs may apply.
