Once you've booked transport, you can follow the status of your delivery in My Pages - Transports.
The statuses below are all the statuses, but which ones are shown, and in what order, may vary depending on the delivery option you've chosen.
- Awaiting payment — Transport has been booked but cannot start until payment for the item and transport has been received.
- Awaiting dispatch — The item is waiting to be processed by the auction house before pickup by logistics can occur.
- Preparing for transport — The item has been processed by the auction house and is awaiting pickup by logistics.
- On the way — The item is in transit to its final destination.
- Ready for pickup — The item has arrived and is ready to be collected from one of our collection points.
- Handed over to third party — The item has been handed over to the carrier for final delivery (pick up point or home delivery).
- Collected — The item has been collected from one of our collection points.
- Delivered — The item has been delivered to your home.
- Returned — The item has been sent back to Auctionet, for example if it wasn't collected in time or after failed delivery attempts. Please book a new transport as soon as possible to avoid a storage fee.
- Cancelled — The transport has been cancelled by the buyer.
