Items are collected once a week from our auction houses. Some items will need to be temporarily stored while in transit before arriving at our fulfilment centre. Below you can see normal delivery times from auction houses in the countries where we have affiliated auction houses, transport starts when the item is collected from the auction house.

Domestic: a delivery normally takes 5 - 10 working days from the collection date.
International: a delivery normally takes 5 - 20 working days from the collection date.
Domestic parcel delivery on pallet: Larger parcel deliveries can take up to 20 working days from collection.
International parcel delivery on pallet: Larger parcel deliveries can take up to 50 working days from collection.
