126. AUTOGRAPH. THE JIMI HENDRIX EXPERIENCE WITH LOVE IN STOCKHOLM 1967.

The scarce autograph of The Jimmy Hendrix Experience (Jimi Hendrix, Noel Redding on bass and Mitch Mitchell on drums) with black ball pen on a small lined paper (105 mm. x 70 mm.) Jimi Hendrix highest up with "Love" and a drawn heart, then "Love M. Mitch" and below Noel Redding. Mounted on a thin white piece of cardboard. The beholder tells following story: "On May 24th 1967 Jimi Hendrix Experience, original set incl. Noel Redding on bass and Mitch Mitchell on drums, came to Sweden for a concert at Gröna Lund, the tivoli and amusement park in Stockholm. The following day my father, Conny Trädgårdh, presented these autographs to me. It turned out that he took the band from the hotel they were staying at to Gröna Lund. At that time, he had a taxi company and he took them personally to the ground. Sweden's top morning newspaper, Dagens Nyheter wrote; "You can't dream about a more formidable, sexy show by a tiny pop band." The band came back to Gröna Lund on September 4th 1967 fronting a crowd of 16000 people of which I was one of them. Story by Janne Trädgårdh, born 1952.".
