Woodblock print, träsnitt. Signed Taisho juninen ichigetsu Shinsui ga (1st month 1923 by Shinsui). Watanabes round publisher's seal at lower left side.Verso handnumbered seal: Nihyaku mai kagiri zeppan, dai yonjushichi ban. Limited edition of 200, this is number 47). 43x26cm. Mounted in pass-partout in its original folder
PROVENANCE: Architect Axel Bergman (1877-1965), Djursholm. Accuired in Stockholm around 1930. Within the family since then.

Konditionsrapport

Good condition. A greyish spot to upper left corner (not affecting the image). Black areas with fine, slightly shiny scratches (without losses of printing ink) only visible in raking light.
Mounted with glue at three places to upper edge on verso.
Colours exceptionally fresh and well preserved.
