PETRA KLEIS – FUTURE
A personally signed copy.
“The future is your friend”
A look at the future – through some of Denmark's strongest women
What awaits us when we get older? And what would we wish someone had told us about life before we were in the middle of it?
In FUTURE, the acclaimed photographer Petra Kleis turns her camera towards 41 remarkable Danish women between the ages of 41 and 91. Through powerful and intimate portraits, the women share their experiences, reflections, and advice on life, aging, and everything that still lies ahead of us. BOG.DK
Among those portrayed are Ghita Nørby, Margrethe Vestager, Trine Dyrholm, Renée Toft Simonsen, Bodil Jørgensen, Susse Wold, and Ulla Terkelsen. The result is a large coffee table book where photo art meets life experience – and where growing older is not viewed as something to fear, but as something to be curious about. bibliotek.dk
For Hus Forbi's charity auction, Petra Kleis has donated two copies of FUTURE, which she has personally signed with the words:
“The future is your friend.”
The significance of this donation is very special to us. Petra Kleis has also been behind the photographs for the Hus Forbi calendar, where people experiencing homelessness and social vulnerability have stepped in front of her camera. Therefore, we are especially pleased that she is now also supporting our work through this auction.
Bid on a signed piece of photo art – and at the same time help create new opportunities for people who need them.
Donated and personally signed by Petra Kleis.

Note: The entire hammer price goes in its entirety to Hus Forbi and their work for the homeless in Denmark.

In addition to the hammer price, a 6% buyer's premium and an administration fee will be added. These fees do not go to Hus Forbi.
