Ceramics from the Italian Fratelli Fanciullacci, primarily from the 1950s and 60s, are colorful, imaginative, and sometimes completely wild. After a flood of the Arno River in 1966, large parts of the factory were destroyed, including its archives, which is why it is a challenge to identify the items. A great help is Mark Hill's book "Alla Moda - Italian Ceramics of the 1950s-70s", which has an extensive chapter on Fratelli Fanciullacci.
