Gustaf Eriksson (1849-1924).

Anders Gustaf Eriksson, sculptor, ceramicist and model maker. He was born in Kyrkbyn Vika on September 24, 1849. In 1867, Gustaf moved to Klara parish in Stockholm and stayed there until 1873. In the period 1873-1879 he studied abroad, i.a. in Berlin. He then returned to Kyrkbyn in Vika where he, among other things, is working on the completion of the medallion for the Wallin monument at Stora Tuna Cemetery in Dalarna. Since 1892, Gustaf gets work as a model maker at the Gustavsberg Porcelain Factory and he stays there until 1902. At Gustavsberg he did, among other things, the model for the King vase that was exhibited at the Stockholm exhibition in 1897.
