For Mother's Day 2025, GUBI proudly presents Mother Made, an exhibition celebrating the power of women as creators and changemakers.
Mother Made honors the spirit and skill of women artisans through handcrafted editions of GUBI’s Pacha Chair by textile artist Nina Ferlov and creative collective Pura Utz. The exhibition highlights the intimate journey from conception to creation and goes beyond to illuminate the often-unseen contributions of women in shaping their communities and preserving vital cultural traditions.
Mother Made extends digitally through a charity auction hosted by Palsgaard Kunstauktioner. The three reimagined Pacha Chairs will be available for bidding online until the 3rd of June, with 100% of proceeds directly supporting UNICEF Denmark's critical work to ensure safe births, access to clean water, and uninterrupted education in marginalized regions.
