The bike is carved out of 95% lime wood and 5% birch, and finally oiled with linseed
oil several times and sanded with 1200 wet sand paper.
There is a number of moving parts like rolling chain made by 260 pieces, working
brake and clutch movement, moving Anderson foot pegs, petcock, gas grip, kick
pedal and arm, shifter stick, removable spark plugs, choke lever, light switch, oil
stick and ignition key and a fully functional springer front end, and off course rolling
wheels.
The project took about two years and thousands of hours to complete and the
outcome is a perfect one of a kind half scale model of a Knucklehead apehanger
chopper.
