Peter Eugén Nilsson was born in 1978 in Sundsvall, but now lives and works in Stockholm. He has established himself as a popular watercolour and nature painter, with a large number of exhibitions both nationally and internationally. He draws inspiration from the forests of his childhood – dramatic and beautiful motifs where water is often central and water lily motifs are his signature.
Peter Eugén has had several exhibitions, both in and outside Sweden. He has participated in articles and features in, among others, ABC News, Washington Post, Connoisseur Magazine, Vogue and SvD Perfect Guide. His portrait paintings and pop art have also received great attention, not least from many art dealers and famous people. In addition to his artistry, he shares his knowledge as a teacher of watercolour painting.
