Welcome to Uppsala Auktionskammare and the Classic Sale!
The auction house's specialists have selected 128 lots of particular interest. Among these is a summer motif by Severin Nilson featuring rhubarb and meadow flowers. There is also a still life by Olle Hjortzberg with roses in a silver vase accompanied by antique Chinese porcelain. The art section can furthermore offer a newly discovered portrait depicting Pierre Louis Alexandre "Petterson", who in recent years has become internationally renowned as "the most depicted black person in pre-modern art".
These are accompanied by Gustavian Stockholm pieces, a French mantel clock with exquisite detail work, antique Swedish silver and the four Leufsta Bruk urns.
Should a shorter pause be needed, the small cream cup from the Gorbunovo factory may come in handy. Alongside it, Flora Danica porcelain is laid out beside exclusive wristwatches from Rolex and elegant jewellery. A far-travelled contribution is the gilded Tibetan Buddha seated on a double lotus throne.
Once again, a warm welcome to Uppsala Auktionskammare!
