Autumn has arrived.
The temperature is dipping toward zero, evenings grow dark quickly, and the leaves turn fiery shades, curl up, and fall from the trees.
With perfect timing, Örebro Stadsauktioner presents its invigorating catalogue for what they call The Autumn Quality Theme.
Nearly 200 lots are included, with a generous share of classical antiques. Among them are travel candlesticks from the 18th century, rounded Stockholm-made pieces, chairs in Hälsingland Rococo style, a bicorne with its matching hatbox, a baroque lidded bowl, and a dorsal shield from a chasuble. These are joined by modern design, contemporary art, and assorted curiosities.
The auction will be held on October 30th.
