Walter Borg does what Walter Borg does best: presents the Spring Weapons Auction!
Over 1,000 lots are up for bidding in an auction that will take two full days to complete. One after another, we are presented with rifles, barrels, shotguns, drillings, combination guns, double rifles, pistols, revolvers, percussion and flintlock firearms.
But also shooting sticks, conversion kits, short swords, cutlasses, bayonets, rapiers, sabres, knives, scopes, saddle mounts, stocks, holsters, and even literature on the subject.
Among the rifles we find, for instance, a Carl Gustav Model 1900 Jubilee and a John Rigby & Co in .303 caliber. A pair of shotguns from Webley & Scott make for an excellent lot, and one of the highlights of the auction is a single-shot gun from J. Purdey & Sons. Just to mention a few select items from the auction.
Altogether, the lots form an impressive catalogue now ready for browsing.
