It's time to update your wardrobe with stylish and timeless pieces from the major fashion houses!
We are proud to present two classic handbag models from Louis Vuitton and Chanel at the Spring auction Pre-owned luxury.
Louis Vuitton started manufacturing high-quality travel trunks for well-heeled buyers. When he passed away in 1892, his son Georges took over the responsibility and profiled the brand with the typical LV logo in light tones against brown canvas. He created a series of stackable bags with both men and women in mind for their specific needs. The "Vanity Box, Boite à Flacons," now available for bidding, is a later version from the classic series.
Chanel's "11.12" handbag is a reinterpretation of the fashion house's first handbag, "2.55," created in 1955. Karl Lagerfeld took over the responsibility of managing Gabrielle Chanel's legacy in 1983 and made his interpretation of "2.55," whose signature double C has become iconic for Chanel handbags. The handbag at our auction bears all the details that have made it iconic, with calfskin, burgundy interior, and the double C lock. Top quality down to the smallest detail!
