Can I combine the transport of multiple items?
Yes, it is possible to combine the transport of multiple items, but certain conditions must be met:
- The items must be from the same auction house.
- The transport must take place within the EU.
- Combined shipping within the UK is also possible.
- Combined shipping can be limited for large items requiring pallet delivery, such as sofa sets. This also applies to Node delivery.
How does combined shipping work?
If you meet the above conditions, we can combine multiple items into one shipment and offer you a reduced transport cost.
How to request combined shipping
You can either:

Book each transport individually to specific adresses and then contact us befor the payment via an email to Support@auctionet.com

Contact us and we can book the individual items' transport for you if you wish. To do so, send an email to Support@auctionet.com with the subject line: "Combined transport Lots Road". In the email, provide the address you wish the items to be shipped to.
We will then get back to you with an adjusted combined shipping price for the items you have purchased.
Important Information
Packing and delivery are always carried out in the safest way to protect your items. This means that multiple packages may still be used even when opting for combined shipping.
- FedEx: Can handle multiple packages under the same tracking number.
- DHL: Each package receives its own tracking number and is treated as a separate delivery.
