What do I do if Auctionet shows the wrong Swedish identity number (personnummer)?
You can correct your identity number when you verify your identity on this page.
If that's not possible (e.g. if your identity number is in use by another account), please contact our support with a certified copy of a valid ID.
What does certified copy mean?
Certification means that a person other than the person that the ID relates to, confirms that the copy corresponds to the original by providing their signature, name clarification and telephone number.
