The items have to be collected within 5 weekdays after hammering at the auction house resp. storage point, after that an an additional storage fee of 5 EUR per day will apply.
The items for transport will be collected by our transport partner once a week and reaches the final destination within 2-4 weeks.
Mail is sent as soon as the object reached the final destination, and is available for collection. Note that the transport times can vary and that the item is not available before the email confirmation is sent.
