Items are normally collected once a week from an auction house. During collection of a node delivery item it is wrapped with blankets and in some cases cardboard and plastic.
The buyer will receive an e-mail when the item is loaded by the driver. Delivery status can also be found under My Pages -> Transports.
When the item has arrived at the delivery point blankets will be removed from the item and it will be stored for free during 5 working days. After that a warehouse fee of 5 EUR per day if nothing else is agreed with the node.
