How do I get more accurate search results?

We prefer to show too many search results to too few, so you don't miss anything.

If you e.g. search for chairs, we also find chair (remove the "s" suffix) and armchair (we find parts of words).

Sometimes this can go a bit wrong: if you search for table, you'll also see stables.

Search tips

Click on a category in the search to limit it to e.g. only jewelry.

You can exclude search words with a minus sign, e.g. table -stables.

Use quotes to require two words to appear in sequence: "man ray".

Another use for quotes is when you don't want us to automatically remove suffixes. A search for Swedish "tables" with quotes won't look for table. This is especially useful with proper names, like "eugene" (so we don't search for eug).
