This will be the first of our new Curated & Collectable Sales - showcasing the most interesting, collectable, and desirable of everything consigned through the Batemans auction room doors. Combining our auctioneering pedigree with cutting edge technology and a little Batemans flair!

Among the highlights is a rare 22ct gold Cadbury's Conundrum egg!

This gold egg, titled 'Cuckoo Cuckoo', was one of just twelve created by Garrard & Co of London as prizes for Cadbury's famous 1980s Creme Egg 'Conundrum' treasure hunt. Found in 1983 by Clive Pinder at Cricket St Thomas, Somerset, it is beautifully engraved and enamelled with a cuckoo scene. It comes complete with its presentation box, casket, parchment letter, and the original 'Conundrum' book.
