Description
Provenance: The cornet has belonged to the Crown Prince's House Regiment, Malmö.
In connection with Crown Prince Oscar becoming colonel in the regiment in 1822, it received the name Crown Prince's House Regiment. After 1822, the regiment was stationed in Malmö and Ystad. 1859 During the reign of Charles XV, the name was changed to the King's Recruited House Regiment. One year later, in 1860, another name change took place to the House Regiment King Charles XV. In connection with the birth of the then Prince Gustav Adolf in 1882, the regiment was renamed the Crown Prince's House Regiment - also designated K 7.
