Fine Keshan with a red ground and a centrally placed medallion in dark blue, light blue, and beige with details in yellow, red, and ivory. The corner spandrels are designed in light blue, dark blue, and ivory, following the color scheme of the medallion. The field is covered with floral ornamentation, palmettes, and arabesques in shades of blue, beige, yellow, and red. The border has a dark blue ground and decoration of palmette vines, flowers, and scrolling ornaments in light blue, beige, red, and yellow. The pile is wool and the warp is cotton.
