Fine Sarouk with a warm brick-red ground and an elegant medallion-free all-over pattern. The carpet is richly decorated with stylized flowers, palmettes, and meandering vines in harmonious shades of ivory, light blue, beige, olive green, and dark blue. The wide dark blue main border, flanked by narrower light borders, creates a beautiful contrast and gives the carpet a classic and balanced expression. The dense knotting and fine wool quality provide a soft luster and highlight the detailed Persian design. The pile is wool and the warp is cotton.
