Peter Eugén Nilsson was born in 1978 in Sundsvall, but now lives and works in Stockholm. He has established himself as a popular watercolour and nature painter, with a large number of exhibitions both nationally and internationally. He draws inspiration from the forests of his childhood – dramatic and beautiful motifs where water is often central and water lily motifs are his signature.

Peter Eugén has held numerous exhibitions, both in and outside of Sweden. He has been featured in articles and segments in, among others, ABC News, NBC, CBS News, The Washington Post, Connoisseur Magazine, Vogue, and SvD Perfect Guide. His portrait painting and pop art have also received great attention, not least from many art dealers, collectors, and famous individuals such as Bruce Springsteen.

In addition to his artistry, he shares his knowledge as a teacher of watercolour painting.
