Tape player for playing gramophone tapes. The tape is 14 mm wide and holds 90 microgrooves. One tape corresponds to 45 ordinary gramophone records and weighs 140 grams. Sound reproduction 30-15000 Hz. The technology was launched in Sweden by Svenska Tele-Fono-Import. A Tefifon tape with 90 melodies cost about SEK 95 in 1957.
