Keshan with a red ground and a centrally placed medallion in blue and beige, with clear details in green and pink. The field is covered with floral ornamentation, palmettes, and arabesques in similar shades, and the corner spandrels follow the same color scheme as the medallion. The border has a dark ground and is decorated with palmette vines. The pile is wool and the warp is cotton.

The carpet is located at an external warehouse and can be viewed by appointment (Thursdays only). Appointments must be made by phone no later than the day before viewing. Collection is possible no earlier than 2 working days after the hammer price.
