Description

Mixed media on paper, image dimensions 34 x 49 cm, including frame 55.5 x 69.5 cm. Signed Anna Gardell-Ericson.

Anna Gardell-Ericson studied in Stockholm and later also Paris, where she took an impression of outdoor painting. She achieved great success at the Kunstalongen in Paris and in England, painting mainly in watercolour.
Her motifs are often taken from the Bohusland coast and Slottsskogen in Gothenburg. Anna Gardell-Ericson's marine motifs often have a beautiful romantic shimmer.
