Pit Morell comes from Kassel and is one of the artists of Fantastic Realism. After studying graphics, he worked in Worpswede for a while. This was followed by exhibitions of his colored pencil drawings at the Sydow Gallery in Frankfurt and at the Brockstedt Gallery in Hamburg in the 1960s. Museums in Bremen and Oldenburg dedicated solo exhibitions to him and in 1977 he took part in documenta 6 in the section Hand Drawings in Kassel.

Small edge tear (ca. 1 cm) in the upper margin, edges partially minimally scuffed, minor signs of wear.
