HMS Halland (J18) was a destroyer in the Swedish Navy launched on 16 July 1952. Together with sister ship HMS Småland (J19), she formed the Halland class, which was the largest and most powerful destroyer class ever to be part of the Swedish Navy. Together with sister ship Halland was the first in the world to be equipped with a working naval target missile system, that is, robots to fire at other ships.

Halland conducted submarine hunts on several occasions, including at Hasslö and Utö in 1980. She was used for two years as a long voyage ship as a replacement for HMS Älvsnabben (M01) before HMS Carlskrona (M04) got underway. However, the voyages had to be made short as her operating costs were high. She was decommissioned on 30 June 1987 and sold the following year for scrapping in Spain.
