Report from a piano house dated 13.12.2024 available: pitch is 441 hertz in a1 (tuning of the instrument required), soundboard, bass and long bridge in order, strings and tuning pegs renewed 40-50 years ago, shellac paint shows age-appropriate signs of use, mechanics in original condition, hammerheads renewed 40-50 years ago but are heavily played.
