Description
Gerd Lange, shelving system/bookshelf, model “Wogg 1”, 1980s, made of wood, laminated, plug-in system. In 1984, it was the furniture of the year. The shelving system was excellently thought out and was based on a new type of plug-in connection. This made it possible to connect and stabilize all adjacent surfaces horizontally and vertically. At the same time, the new post-forming technology was used for the furniture, which, with the same load capacity, enabled very fine shelves and thus a completely new and very elegant look.
