Gabriel comes from Odenburg and was a trained advertising agent and photographer, later head of photography at the daily newspaper “Die Welt” in Bonn. Numerous newspapers and magazines published his photos and texts. He made a name for himself in journalism with well-founded travel reports. Photo books of his works have been published, for example about the Danish Baltic Sea island “Bornholm”, “Southern Sweden” or calendar productions about “Paris” for the airline Air France KLM.
