Camilo Otero (1932 - 2003) was a Spanish sculptor and painter. As early as 1962, he exhibited in his hometown Santiago de Compostela. In 1975 he was awarded the Boudelle Prize in Paris for the sculpture “Pasionaria”. Further exhibitions and awards in Europe followed. Many of Otero's sculptures are now in public spaces.
