HMS Carlskrona (P04), formerly (M04), is a warship of the Swedish Navy. Originally built as a minesweeper, the ship was also used from 1982 to 2005 as the Navy's long voyage vessel.#1 In 2002, the ship underwent a mid-term modification and in 2007 it was decided that the ship would be converted into a signals reconnaissance vessel to replace HMS Orion (A201). However, these plans were changed and the ship has instead been rebuilt as a staff and command ship. The armament consists of two 40 mm all-purpose guns.

Carlskrona was built at Karlskrona Shipyard as the largest ship ever built at the shipyard. In addition to being a minesweeper, the ship was designed to also be used as the Navy's long voyage vessel. Launching took place on 28 May 1980 and on 19 March 1982 the ship was delivered to the Navy, when she replaced HMS Älvsnabben (M01) as a long-voyage vessel.
