First World War period framed picture of a British Officer embracing his wife/sweetheart, the picture, drawn in pencil, is signed 'K. Miller 24/3/16', the vendor states that he was told the picture was drawn by the officer while a prisoner of war but we can find no record of an officer by that name with the initial 'K' as a prisoner at the time the picture is dated, still an evocative WW1 piece, 24.5 cm x 29.5 cm.
Condition
Unexamined under glazed frame but looks to be in good condition.
