The first two parts list portraits from Abelin to Östman. “Swedish royal portraits” is a stand-alone third part of the “Index of Swedish Portraits”. It lists Swedish royal portraits up to and including Charles XII. Unfortunately, no continuation was ever published. A standard work that also contains many hard-to-reach biographical data.

On behalf of the Foundation's working committee and the director of the National Museum, the Nordic rotogravure was published. in 1935.
