A unique, antique 18k yellow gold rose-cut diamond solitaire ring with four accent diamonds, blue Guilloche-style enamel embellishments and a filigree design.
This unusual ring is rubover set with a central rose-cut diamond weighing 0.40 carats approx. The approx colour and clarity of the diamond is K-L, SI2.
A swirling filigree pattern and a deep blue Guilloche-style enamel inlay define the shoulders. Finally, 4 small round-cut diamonds are set around the sides of the ring.
This ring has a natural patina, accumulated over the years. It is a Victorian era ring, thought to be at least 140 years old.
This ring is tested as 18k yellow gold and stamped "750". It is supplied with a vintage bijou box branded "Wetherston & Son, 12 Pall Mall East, London".
EU ring size: 52-53. UK ring size: M.
