Description

40 x 36 cm Elisabeth Wejsflog born 1941 in Poland. She studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow. Wejsflog uses watercolor crayons as a complement to the colors to be able to work quickly and easily. Chopin is her favorite composer. If Chopin painted with music, Elisabeth paints music. She is i.a. known through his visits with paper and watercolor at the rehearsals in Malmö Symphonics. A large number of her pictures have been created there. The paintings contain both figurative and abstract elements. What the eye can see can be transformed into tones of the environment. What the ear hears and the heart feels is transformed into shapes, movements and colors. A kind of input of toner impressions. It is airy and must be caught in flight.
