Johan Niclas Malm (born in Gothenburg 7 August 1775, died 1829), was a wholesaler, member of the Riksdag, Chamber of Commerce and councilor in Gothenburg. During his time as a Member of Parliament in 1809-10, he campaigned together with Berndt Santesson for economic freedom for women.
