Circa 1880, the moulded frame carved with scrolling acanthus above a shaped overstuffed seat, raised on carved and fluted front legs and brass castors. The ticking to underside stamped 'MACKENZIE & MITCHELL, EDINBURGH, MANUFACTURERS'.
79.5cm maximum height x 40cm maximum width x 45cm maximum depth.

Condition

Slight rubbing to the ebonised frame at edges.
Some minor knocks and scratches to frame commensurate with age and use.
