Case marked "Walter Winkler", stamped year (somewhat indistinct possibly 1942) difficult to interpret letters + eagle, leather covered, strap holders on the sides aluminum, back with strap loop.

Height 19.5 cm, width 17.5-22 cm, original colour, unpolished/unwashed, originally contained a Calr Zeiss 7x50 binoculars which were the standard model Provenance: picked up after the war in Denmark (southern parts).

used condition, carrying strap missing.
