Oil/canvas signed Heyer A., Arthur Heyer (* February 28, 1872 in Haarhausen, † 1931 in Budapest) was a German-Hungarian painter, primarily of animal motifs. Due to his artistic talents, he attended the educational institution from 1890 to 1895 of the Kunstgewerbemuseum Berlin, his teacher was Max Friedrich Koch, in 1892 and 1895 he conducted study trips to Transylvania, where he came into contact with the local Hungarian culture, in 1896 he moved to Budapest and earned his living with book illustrations, source Internet, here Landscape scene of a mother white Persian cat with her kitten, ca. 70.5 x 51 cm, in the golden profile frame approx. 80x61 cm.
