Danish furniture art takes centre stage, but here the auction house's specialists have dared to be bold. Thus Arne Jacobsen's classic Swan in black leather shares space with Bernt Petersen's decidedly 1980s Crate armchair. Also on show is a generous desk by Kai Kristiansen alongside a pair of comfortable models by Hans J Wegner.
Among the ceramics, beautiful works by Erik Pløen, Nils Thorsson, Isak Isaksson, Arne Bang and Frederik August Hallin are on offer. And then there are lamps – from Poul Henningsen, from Lyfa, from Hans-Agne Jakobsson AB.
