Leif Tapper's model car collection - British Cars Part 2

Leif Tapper was a true car enthusiast and one of Sweden's most prominent and well-known model car collectors.
Over a span of 25 years, he authored numerous articles for Nostalgia magazine, where he used its model car pages to share insights about new releases and updates in the market. He placed great importance on including information about the historical background of the cars, a task he approached with thorough preparation thanks to his extensive motor history library.
Leif maintained connections with collectors worldwide, and his exhibitions were highly appreciated, often featuring specific themes, such as the 1955 Paris Motor Show.
Leif passed away in 2020, and his family has now decided to sell his collection—a truly unique assortment, showcasing his life's work, meticulously curated over half a century.
Stadsauktion Sundsvall has been entrusted with auctioning off his collection. The sale will take place in stages, many organized by themes, staying true to Leif’s vision.
