The selected items from Auktionshuset Kolonn can wake anyone up from their hammock slumber. Among the 58 lots, there is a refreshing and varied selection of craftsmanship, painting, vintage items, and a pop culture bonanza. Carl Malmsten's magnificent cabinet, crafted by master carpenter Albin Johansson, is likely the highlight of the theme and a true manifestation of excellent Swedish furniture craftsmanship. Similar praise can be given to Simon Gate's caramel-pink Graal vase from 1919 - a real collector's item. If alternatives are still desired, Hovjuvelare Carlsson in Stockholm created a vase over 110 years ago where national romanticism goes hand in hand with the early 1900s Art Nouveau ideals. Next to it, a tin mirror from the 1930s holds all the possibilities to surprise. A handful of mixed-type wristwatches adds another dimension, but the rest you'll have to discover for yourselves.
