Borås Auction Hall puts the spotlight on Swedish ceramics and presents a theme with over 70 lots. The lion's share of the selection comes from Rörstrand, featuring numerous works by Gunnar Nylund and Carl-Harry Stålhane. However, a significant portion also comes from our other major factory, Gustavsberg. From the latter, we have pieces by Lisa Larson, Stig Lindberg, and Josef Ekberg.

Among the expected highlights is Lisa Larson's Bulldog Maxi, a chubby, amiable pup with clear hints of the early 1970s. From Nylund, several figurines are featured, as well as some pieces from his beloved Flambé series. In the smaller format, Carl-Harry Stålhane's charming owl stands out, a piece that relatively rarely appears for sale.
