According to the history books, Lund was founded in the second half of the 10th century. And if you ask Esaias Tegnér, Lund was in the early 19th century an "academic peasant village". Today Crafoord Auktioner Lund is based there, regularly supplying us with delightful lots. This time it is the turn of a substantial helping of Lundiana.
As one would expect, there is austere silver art by Wiwen Nilsson, an abundance of city views in oil, a distinguished work by Oscar Reutersvärd and a lot of Stenbromiana (!). With great self-evidence a doctoral hat is included. But there is also a kistebrev, milk sample bottles and a student revue programme.
