We are in the process of changing card payment providers.
Until this transition is complete, we have two ways of managing payment cards.
The "Payment cards" page under "My pages" will only show cards registered with the old provider. These could previously be used to pay, but are now only used as one of several ways of verifying that a user is allowed to bid.
Cards added with the new provider are stored entirely on their end and are not shown in this list.
